Crossing Wanted for Newbold Road

Petitions from residents of Brockwell Ward and St Helen's Ward have been sent to Derbyshire County Council asking for a crossing on Newbold Road to help residents cross the busy road. Many older residents find real difficulty in getting across safely to the Post Office.
Derbyshire County Council have now replied but unfortunately say that a crossing is not a priority for them - but the Lib Dem team will keep on pressing!
